We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refunds are only accepted if sufficient evidence is provided that the product arrived damaged or otherwise faulty. Exceptions can be made; feel free to reach out if our product in any way fails to meet expectations.

To start a refund process, you can contact us at info@justawordministries.org. Please provide a detailed explanation of your reason for dissatisfaction along with two or more images as proof.

We process refunds but do not accept returns.
